The Mille, Brentford – Phase 1 Completion
The scheme involves the complete refurbishment of the 1st and 2nd floors to Cat A & B standard, split into two phases to enable the existing tenant move into the 1st floors once completed, following this, phase 2 works will commence. Work consisted of the strip out of the whole floors back to the building structure on the above two floors. Then the complete new refurbishment, carry out the mains distribution equipment, small power, lighting & lighting control system, extensive IT network complete with all termination & server racks & fire alarm system.
Phase 2 – 2nd floor refurbishment work due to start mid-April 2018.
